MASTER PLAN
SCHEME OF FUNCTIONAL ZONING
Ground floor plan
The simultaneous stay of visitors can reach 300-400 people.
The main common recreational areas, commercial functions, as well as a cafe and its auxiliary premises are designed on the ground floor.
There is a special element of the planned cultural and leisure center -the stairs located in the central part of the building.
PLANS
The first floor is dominated by the cultural and leisure block, study/work space, administrative and auxiliary block. It is worth noting that over the past few years, a large number of people have been studying and working remotely, mostly young people, and one of the goals of the project is to provide comfortable and affordable places for studying and working, which is very relevant now.
The second floor is dominated by classrooms, a cultural and leisure block and premises for study/work.
There is a planned underground floor with 52 parking spaces, 5 of which are parking spaces for the disabled. Given the current circumstances in Ukraine - the war, if necessary, the parking lot can be converted into a shelter, as there are enough auxiliary rooms that can serve as storage areas and a separate bathroom.
